Where does the Gear ship from?
The goods ship from our warehouse distibution centre in Canada.

How do I pay for the Gear?
Al orders are purchased using a credit card.

How much is shipping?
Shipping charges depend on where you are located and when you need items.

Who pays for duties?
Duties are payed by the receiver.

How long will it take to receive my Gear?
Canada and USA will receive within 5 business days. Other regions depending on when it is needed- appropriate shipping will be chosen. i.e.- air freight, sea freight. This could take up to 15 business days.

How do I return Gear?
To return Gear, please email Chris Fisher at chrisf@gadventures.com and he will issue you an RA (Return Authorization) number. You must have an RA number to return goods. You will be responsible to package and return ship your items.

What happens it the Gear doest fit?
If the Gear does not fit, please email Chris Fisher at chrisf@gadventures.com and he will issue you an RA (Return Authorization) number. You must have an RA number to return goods. You will be responsible to package and return ship your items.

What do I do if you don't have the Gear I need?
If there is not enough inventory for your order, please place the order for as many items as are available, and (at check out) leave a comment and note the extra quantity you require. If you need an item that we do not produce or currently have on the Gear Shop, please contact chrisf@gadventures.com and he will be able to help.

If I add Gear to my cart, then leave the site, will they be held until my next visit?
Yes, your shopping cart is saved.
